Audio for the Arts:
Acoustic Moose

Acoustic Moose is a live show and podcast featuring local and traveling acts produced by Audio for the Arts. This project came with quite a bit of direction, they just needed the right illustrator to create it!

They wanted to incorporate their studio mascot, Bruce the Moose, who is displayed proudly on the wall of every broadcast. Don't worry, altho we are in the land of taxidermy, he is a stuffed animal moose. He may just be a head full of stuffing, but he has a lot of heart! There were a lot of fun little details to incorporate into the illustration: from his "music staff" hat to his floppy tongue. Once I got the eyes just right, I designed the logo around him which includes a unique typographic treatment for the name, with the addition of AFA's logo holding it all up.
